NOTE: Validation machines are located on the upper level of Union Station at the entrance/exit to the Parking Garage. Please insert your ticket according to the display and your ticket will automatically validate if applicable. No discounts given at exit. If you are disputing a ticket charge, before paying the ticket please either press the “intercom” button or call the on duty Supervisor at 202.834.0272 for immediate assistance.

Monthly parking permits can be obtained by emailing management@uspgllc.com, or by visiting our management office, located on the bus deck level, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Group discounts apply for multiple parkers on one account. Please call the USPG Management Office at 202.898.1950 for details!
All monthly parkers are instructed to park on Level 3, in the controlled access area.

The Union Station Parking Garage (USPG) offers free services for customers requiring assistance with the following:

- Escort to & from your vehicle
- Vehicle location service
- Jump start
Electric Charging Stations are located on Levels 1 and 2. This is a pay-per-use service for your convenience.

The library operates on a leave one/take one system.

Taxi Dispatch
USPG manages the Taxi Dispatch for Union Station. We have taxis available for all guests of Union Station, including ADA and large groups free of charge.Hours of Operation:

Kiss and Ride
Kiss and Ride parking is located on the bus deck and is available to all picking up or dropping off passengers to Union Station. We offer 20 minute complimentary maximum wait time. The vehicle cannot be left unattended at any time.
To access the Kiss and Ride lot, please use the H Street entrance, just east of North Capitol. For all GPS users, please use 101 H. Street, NE for direct access.

Bus Information
The Union Station Bus Terminal is located on the H Street level of the parking garage. The terminal hosts a variety of intercity bus operators, as well as parking options for private and charter buses.
Located on the same level is a climate-controlled waiting room, a convenience store, an information pavilion, and full-service restrooms.
